CYTJ45/2 rock drilling rig is a specialized dual arm fully hydraulic rock drilling rig for tunnels and mines, with a coverage area of up to 51 square meters. It adopts hydraulic control mode and is equipped with heavy-duty drilling arm and RN-0338 rock drilling machine, which can easily cope with harsh working conditions, provide strong power, strength and reliability, and help you achieve maximum productivity.
The rock drill adopts gas mist lubrication, pressure oil film protection, and lubrication at various joint interfaces to reduce internal pollution and extend the service life of the rock drill.
The rotary motor has bidirectional reversible and stepless speed regulation, which can provide powerful torque required for efficient operation and reduce the risk of drilling tool jamming.
The double buffering system not only prevents the shock waves reflected from the rock from propagating back and forth in the drill rod, protecting the rock drill and drilling tools, but also keeps the drill bit firmly against the rock during the drilling process, keeping the drilling tools tight.
The heavy-duty drilling arm with double triangular suspension support can ensure accurate hydraulic parallelism in all directions. Heavy duty aluminum alloy propulsion beams have high bending and torsional strength, and long service life.
A sturdy articulated heavy-duty chassis with four-wheel drive. The rear axle swing device ensures good contact with the ground under harsh working conditions.
